Return Policy
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us here. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a link to create your own return shipping label at your own cost, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Please note:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
- Returned items must be delivered to us unused and in their original packaging and condition. If these conditions are not met, the items may not be eligible for a refund.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot issue refunds for items damaged in shipping. In such cases, you must file a complaint with the carrier, and we will support you in that process.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, which will be highlighted on the individual product pages. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase pre-order items with a release date, we will reserve your total order until that release date. The entire order will be processed on or before the day of the release.
Please note:
- Pre-order items may not be available for immediate shipping and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date.
- You will be charged the full price at the time of ordering.
- The estimated timeframes of arrival provided on the product page are subject to change, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Additional Information
As a small independent business, we craft each item in small batches by hand. Therefore, slight variations in color and scent between batches are normal and expected.
