As a small independent business, each of our items is handcrafted with care. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, shipping times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demands. Please review our detailed shipping policies below:

United Kingdom

• Processing Time: Items are typically shipped within 1-3 working days. However, during busy periods, it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order.

• 2nd Class Signed For Delivery: Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. All deliveries are 48-hour tracked & signed, and delivered by Royal Mail. During seasonal periods, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

• 1st Class Signed For Delivery: Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. All deliveries are 48-hour tracked & signed, and delivered by Royal Mail. During seasonal periods, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

• Next Day Delivery: For orders placed before 12pm, next-day delivery is available 99% of the time. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Next-day deliveries are Guaranteed Next Day by 1PM tracked and delivered by Royal Mail.

• Shipping Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking details in the dispatch email.

International Shipping

• Regions Covered: We currently ship to the USA, and most parts of Europe.
• Delivery Time: All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow 5-20 days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping for international orders at this time.
• Duty Taxes: Please note that any applicable duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
